Orange Research introduces its new, patented Model 4110 Digital Level Gauge for cryogenic tanks. Feedback from our longtime customers led to this unique patented design, and as requested, "a look inside" their cryogenic tanks. With a high-contrast graphical screen it is easier than ever to visualize the tank level.
The image of the tank says it all. With the push of a button the graphical display instantly reflects the liquid level - and it looks just like the tank! Percent full and liquid height are also displayed at the same time. We kept the design simple to meet the basic needs of all users, regardless of the language and regardless of the tank size. There is no programming or training required to use the unit, and no complex user manual! With the push of a button the unit is ready to read liquid level so the user can spend time on more important matters. A 4-20 mA ouput option is available with a lower temperature option for colder climates.
There is also no need to stock or specify multiple gauges with different ranges or for different gases. This one gauge mounts to cryogenic tanks now using Differential Pressure gauges. This includes cylinders or dewars, micro-bulk, bulk, trailers, or ISO tanks - and for most gases such as LIN, LOX, LAR, CO2 or LNG.
