Paul Hoffman - President & CEO

Paul Hoffman has been with Orange Research since its inception in 1963. When Paul was 13, he started doing odd jobs in his father's basement, where the company began. This led to working summers and weekends at Orange Research during high school and college years, as the business continued to grow.

Recognizing his interest in the company, Paul received his Bachelor's degree in 1973 from the University of New Haven in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, graduating cum laude.

In 1978 Paul became General Manager.  In 1989, Paul was named President & CEO of Orange Research, a role in which he continues today.

Paul has been on the board of a number of manufacturing associations and the local Chamber of Commerce, often serving as president. He also serves on various State of Connecticut and local industry and manufacturing advisory committees.
